BI.TO.WA, a fusion of a wine shop and salon, opened in May 2023 in Suido-suji. The dining area and salon space are separated, creating an open and relaxing atmosphere. Guests can enjoy drinks before or after salon appointments, or sip coffee or wine while waiting for their children to get a haircut, offering various ways to spend time. The sommelier-owner's carefully curated wine selection includes a balance of natural and classic wines.
You can taste wines of interest by the glass inside the shop, and purchase them as gifts. In the salon, meticulous counseling is provided, with options tailored to each individual.
