Route No.1
Origin and History of the name of Yamada Road
Long ago, this was an important road stretching over Rokko, where sake and rice were carried by oxen and horses. Today, it is a relatively wide mountain path and pleasant nature trail with wooden bridges, stepping stones over a stream, and thickets of sawtooth oak and konara oak.
