As a specialty coffee shop (offering high-quality coffee with strict control throughout the production to consumption process), it focuses on traceability, ensuring that the production, distribution, and sales routes of the raw materials are known. The owner also enjoys hiking several times a month and offers coffee to be enjoyed easily in the mountains, providing coffee takeout, roasted beans for sale, and easy-to-use drip bags and coffee utensils. There are also coffee menu items for takeout, and each cup is brewed with care, warming both the cup and filter with hot water once to enhance the aroma of the coffee.
