The second floor of the building on the north side of Hanshin Shinzaike Station, as seen through the window, is always lively. Formerly an okonomiyaki, teppanyaki, and monjayaki restaurant, in 2020, it was renovated into the Hachiman Bar to provide a more casual style of dining and drinking. In order to introduce and let locals taste locally brewed sake, the bar regularly serves 12 to 15 varieties of Nadagogo sake. The manager also personally visits liquor stores to source rare sake. During the appropriate seasons, the owner, who knows how to enjoy sake, goes hiking and then enjoys the hot springs in Arima, along with delicious food and drinks. Reward yourself after your hike with a visit to Hachiman, whose owner is a fan of the local mountains and sake.
