Shioya Shotenkai's Assembly Hall

The Shioya Shotenkai currently consists of 74 member stores. In 1955, the predecessor of the association, the Shioya Shotenkai Rengokai, was established, and in 2012, the Shioya Shotenkai General Incorporated Association was founded. It operates with the aim of promoting the development and interaction of member stores. Twice a year, the Shioya Times is distributed to approximately 8,000 households within the Shioya Shotenkai's commercial area, featuring introductions of new stores and updates on the town's activities.
Shiomi-Chan no Ie is located just a short walk from Shioya Station, serving as a gathering place for locals, tourists, and hikers. The various shops scattered throughout the town boast unique personalities, and while their industries vary, they share the same desire to enhance the town.
