Fish and chips, reimagined as a local delicacy
Head south from Maya Cable Station, and you'll find the lively Suido-suji Shopping Street, stretching east to west, home to seven bustling shopping districts and three markets. MOLY CRISP opened in June 2024, located in the Naka-suji Shopping District of Nada. With a logo design that evokes a sense of affection for Kobe and a sophisticated store atmosphere that feels almost like you’re abroad, it’s a place to enjoy something unique. The owner, a mountain enthusiast, was inspired to open the shop after completing the KOBE Rokko Full Mountain Trek, organized by the city, gaining the confidence to pursue his dream of owning a business. MOLY CRISP is full of mountain-related stories and, of course, their Fish & Chips is a huge hit!
Fish & Chips ¥1,200 (incl. tax) – Enjoy with vinegar and pink salt! (Takeout ¥900 incl. tax)
