Since 1957, Arima Senbei Honpo has made traditional senbei crackers. Their secret? Carbonated natural spring water!

Arima Senbei Honpo’s crackers are made using Takaragasa flour from Masuda Flour Mill, and the choicest sugar, starch, salt, and the aforementioned carbonated water from the local Arima spring.
Each cracker is lovingly hand-baked by experts who know the perfect degree and application of heat needed to create the simple-yet-timeless flavor, aroma, crispy snap, and gentle melt-in-your-mouth quality.

But the classic cracker is not all you’ll find here. Why not try the crackers filled with fruit creams, including strawberry, grape, melon, lemon, pineapple, and banana?
