Ichise Acupuncture and Osteopathic Clinic is run by Takahide Ichise, a born-and-bred local and a nationally-licensed acupuncturist and osteopathic practitioner. In addition to running his clinic, he also serves as an instructor at his alma mater, and provides physical care and injury rehab for the local high school baseball team.

Each patient receives a bespoke treatment plan based on careful evaluation of their unique conditions and lifestyles; treatments combine acupuncture with stretching and physical therapy for optimal results.

Mr. Ichise also loves to hike in the mountains whenever he has free time. He advises that taping your knees and ankles before a hike can help prevent injuries and make after-hike care easier. Hikers and climbers are welcome at Ichise Acupuncture and Osteopathic Clinic—not just for some post-hike recovery, but also for a pre-hike consultation.
