You can enjoy two types of hot springs: the Yama no Yu (natural hot spring) and the Umi no Yu (natural seawater). The hot water, boiled from seawater drawn from the Shioya Coast in Suma Ward, is rich in beneficial mineral components for the skin. The rock bath is made of Mt. Rokko’s Mikage stone, allowing you to feel the essence of Kobe surrounded by mountains and sea.
Regular heating events are held in the sauna room by heat masters. A sauna after hiking feels exceptional!
