The "Love Lock Monument" at Venus Terrace in Suwayama Park has an urban myth that love is fulfilled when a couple who vows eternal love attaches a lock with a message of love.
When the "locks of an oath" fill the monument, they are reborn as a memorial plate!
A four-leaf clover-shaped memorial plate made up of the locks gathered in four years is installed next to the monument.
